CRUFTS 2010
We are extremely proud to announce that D'Accord Rene Lacoste has made a successful debut in the UK at the greatest Dog Show on Earth ... CRUFTS
At 11 months of age Costa competed in the Junior Dog class winning first place. Because of his age he was also eligible to compete for Best Puppy.
Costa rose to the challenge and won Best Male Puppy overall.
Howzat for a little dog who has just arrived from the other side of the world - new owner - new handler - new life at Watermouth Castle.
He has taken everything in his stride and performed extremely well.
Sincere thanks to Charles Satchell for handling Costa - what a thrill to see this esteemed breeder judge back in the ring handling one of our frenchies. We are honoured beyond belief.

Champion D'Accord Petite Belle is now a champion. Congratulations to Maureen Watkins on titling her very first frenchie. Maureen is better known for her Great Danes but ... the spell is caste ... Maureen has fallen head over heals in love with the frenchie. Well done Maureen and Belle.

D'ACCORD RENE LACOSTE and D'ACCORD JUSTINE HENIN have arrived safely in England and are living in the Castle (yes a real castle) in North Devon. We wish Christine Haines (Castlehaines Frenchies) every success with these two precious dogs.
The opportunity to share bloodlines with like-minded people is what it's all about. Both dogs have been health screened with excellent results on spine and hips. They have been DNA profiled clear of hereditary cataracts. The exciting thing from our point of view is that we are able to return to the UK the wonderful Tenafly and UK bloodlines with which we started.
Costa will make his UK debut in the show ring at Crufts on the 13th March. For Crufts, Costa will be competing under our name and is the only Australian entry in the whole show so - GO AUSSIE GO !! 126 french bulldogs entered for a total of 134 entries. He is in strong competition. There are some stunning dogs in the UK and he will also have to compete against the lovely European dogs who will also be shown. Good luck Costa, no matter how you go we are very proud of you.
